While we have acquired the branding and certain assets of the business, Robin James Hair & Beauty is a completely separate company and was not involved in the operation of The Sanctuary prior to its closure. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to honour or refund any gift vouchers, prepaid treatments, courses, memberships, deposits or outstanding balances purchased from The Sanctuary.

In a beautiful Grade II Listed building in historic Swan Yard, we have 10 warm, cocooning treatment rooms designed to calm and soothe you. This includes a room on the ground floor for those clients unable to navigate stairs, along with shower facilities for your convenience. 

We offer a full range of professional skin, body and nail therapies, and we are a Dermalogica Prestige Salon, and one of a relative handful of Clarins-appointed Gold Salons in the country ~ both accolades that recognises that we provide the highest level of care and service to our clients. And as specialists in both of these advanced skincare systems, we are able to offer a whole wealth of complementary care for your skin, body and broader wellbeing. 

Our therapists are selected for their expertise and knowledge in their field, are always here to help, and will always endeavour to exceed your expectations. It goes without saying, that all client consultations are confidential, and conducted with the utmost degree of discretion & humility.
