Important Update
We are so sad to inform you that the The Sanctuary Beauty Rooms closed its doors on Saturday 23rd May for the last time.
The company has gone into liquidation and staff have sadly been made redundant.
The financial pressures since covid have become too much for the business to manage and we are not viable.
This has been a horrible stressful and sad time for the team and a huge shock about the speed that it needed to happen.
We are so sorry but vouchers cannot be refunded as the liquidators are now in control of the business.
If you have a voucher with a value over £100 you can claim it back from your credit card or debit card provider under a Section 75 or Chargeback scheme – please contact your bank or research on the internet how to do this.
If you have paid for products they will be delivered or posted to you.
Appointments still in the diary that had deposits paid online have been refunded and take 5-10 days.
Clarins for Me cards that are valid will be given back to you to send off – bare with us while I work through them.
Clarins for Me cards are a Clarins run scheme, but they are only valid with us and cannot be used or added to with purchases elsewhere.

In a beautiful Grade II Listed building in historic Swan Yard, we have 10 warm, cocooning treatment rooms designed to calm and soothe you. This includes a room on the ground floor for those clients unable to navigate stairs, along with shower facilities for your convenience.
We offer a full range of professional skin, body and nail therapies, and we are a Dermalogica Prestige Salon, and one of a relative handful of Clarins-appointed Gold Salons in the country ~ both accolades that recognises that we provide the highest level of care and service to our clients. And as specialists in both of these advanced skincare systems, we are able to offer a whole wealth of complementary care for your skin, body and broader wellbeing.
Our therapists are selected for their expertise and knowledge in their field, are always here to help, and will always endeavour to exceed your expectations. It goes without saying, that all client consultations are confidential, and conducted with the utmost degree of discretion & humility.
